My approach is holistic. I understand people and their well-being as a fluid balance between body, mind and environment. The loving examination of the individual components and the re-balancing of their equilibrium is my vocation – for this I draw on the wealth of different disciplines. I love filtering out the essence, looking at the essentials and weaving together complementary elements. Out of this joy, I have also developed a small range of products that can complement your self-care routines and nourish you!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
